The Final Test Out is the concluding requirement for Balanced Body Pilates certification. This exam confirms that all coursework and required hours for your certification path have been completed and that you are ready to demonstrate your knowledge and teaching skills.
The Final Test Out includes two components:
A written exam covering key concepts from your training
A practical teaching exam in which you teach a one-hour session to a student in front of a Balanced Body Educator
The written portion is open book and designed to assess understanding of the Pilates system, movement principles, and teaching concepts. The practical exam focuses on your ability to teach clearly, adapt to the individual in front of you, and apply the work in a thoughtful, professional manner.
