On top of that, students receive a custom study workbook unique to Lauren Brandt Pilates, designed to help you stay organized, track your progress, and grasp the material with clarity, providing extra support throughout your training.
The Reformer courses can be taken online or In Studio, giving you flexibility to learn in the way that works best for you. Please note, Reformer 3 is offered In Studio only, allowing for more hands-on guidance and feedback at this advanced stage.
