Spring & Summer Intensives

An intensive is a condensed training format that allows you to complete multiple courses in a focused, immersive timeframe.

By moving through the material over consecutive days, concepts build naturally, learning stays embodied, and confidence develops through consistent practice, observation, and discussion.

Intensives are ideal for those who want continuity, depth, and momentum in their training while fully immersing themselves in the Pilates work.

Each class level of an Intensive session can be booked individually.
