The well-trained Pilates Pre & Postnatal coach holds information and techniques that clients simply aren't getting in mainstream medical care. This program gives you the tools to change lives at one of the most significant moments in a woman's experience.
Ancient wisdom. Current science. Real clinical tools.
Our program prepares you to guide your pregnant client through all four trimesters with safe, effective, beautifully designed movement — and to bring your postnatal client back to full balance and health with the depth and attunement her recovery deserves.
Every technique and sequence comes with detailed handouts so you can deliver the work confidently — in the studio and as homework for clients in the tender weeks after birth.
